About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Email Reply Requesting Documentation is a customer support tool that analyzes application forms, verification checklists, compliance notices, and document request lists from any webpage, then drafts a clear, professional email responding to the request. It identifies the requested documents, the purpose of the request, and any deadlines or submission instructions, then generates a well-structured email that acknowledges the documentation request, identifies the specific documents you are providing or preparing, and states the expected timeline for submission, with any notes on partial submissions if applicable. You can choose between a concise or detailed style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client or submission platform.
WHERE IT RUNS
This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying application forms, verification checklists, compliance notices, document request lists, or similar documentation requirement pages. Common sources include government portals, financial services, educational institutions, professional licensing boards, and compliance management systems.
HOW TO USE
Navigate to any page that displays a document request, application form, verification checklist, or compliance notice. Open the BotGentz extension and select Email Reply Requesting Documentation from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the list of documents you are providing or preparing, and the expected submission timeline. Select your preferred style (concise or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant document request details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a clear, professional email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.
TECHNICAL SECTION — DOCUMENT REQUEST AND CHECKLIST EXTRACTION
This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on documentation request and compliance communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing documentation indicators such as "document," "verification," "checklist," "compliance," "application," "submit," "attach," "provide," and "required." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the request text and surrounding structural markers (document names, categories, deadlines, submission instructions). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a document request using features like requirement language frequency ("must provide," "needed," "required," "please attach"), document type references, deadline markers, and instructional language. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the documents requested, the purpose of the request, and the submission deadline or timeline. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, documents list, timeline, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete documentation reply with standardized sections (acknowledgment, document list, submission timeline, and any additional notes), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.
THE PANEL
The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
PLEASE NOTE
This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active subscription to access the AI drafting feature. AI-generated documentation replies are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss document requirements or misread deadlines. Websites change their request page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
