Common sources include customer support portals, review platforms, survey tools, app store reviews, Google Maps reviews, social media comments, and internal feedback collection tools.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a feedback form, review comment, survey response, or rating submission. Open the BotGentz extension and select Email Reply Thanking for Feedback from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Select your preferred tone (professional or warm) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant feedback text and sends it along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a polite, appreciative reply in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — FEEDBACK SENTIMENT AND STRUCTURAL DECOMPOSITION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on feedback and review communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing feedback indicators such as "feedback," "review," "survey," "rating," "comment," "suggestion," "complaint," and "appreciation." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the feedback text and surrounding structural markers (rating scores, labels, topic categories, and survey question headers). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a feedback submission using features like sentiment language frequency ("excellent," "poor," "great," "disappointed"), rating references, specific topic mentions, and comparative language. Fourth, the system applies sentiment analysis and semantic clustering to group related content into two core categories: positive points (praise, appreciation, what worked) and negative points (complaints, suggestions for improvement, what didn't work). Finally, the structured sentiment clusters, combined with the user's provided information and selected tone, are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete thank-you reply with standardized sections (warm greeting, sincere thanks, specific acknowledgment of points raised, explanation of planned actions or follow-up, and a positive closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
