This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying interview invitations, scheduled interview details, calendar confirmations, or similar professional communications. Common sources include email clients, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and company career portals.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays an interview invitation, scheduled interview details, or calendar confirmation. Open the BotGentz extension and select Interview Reschedule Request Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter a brief reason for rescheduling, your proposed alternative times, and your time zone. Select your preferred tone (professional or apologetic) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Request" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant interview details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, apologetic reschedule request email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on interview invitation and scheduling communication patterns. Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the invitation text and surrounding structural markers (proposed times, company names, recruiter details, calendar links). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of an interview context using features like scheduling language frequency ("confirmed," "scheduled," "at," "on," "from"), time markers, company references, and interview format indicators. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the original interview time, the interview format and company details, and any scheduling instructions. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, reason, alternative times, time zone, and tone preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete reschedule request with standardized sections (apology, reason, original time reference, proposed alternative times with time zone, eagerness to confirm, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
