About this app
WHAT IT DOES
This tool reads content containing multiple support tickets, customer feedback entries, or issue reports from any webpage—dashboards, list views, ticket queues, or selected text of multiple cases—and uses AI to identify patterns and trends. It extracts the multi-ticket content, analyzes the collection, and returns a pattern summary that identifies common themes, recurring issues, frequency patterns, and recommended process improvements. You can choose from three focus areas: Trends (frequency and timing patterns), Issues (recurring problem areas), or Actions (process improvements). The summary appears in the panel where you can review and copy it. This tool helps support managers, operations analysts, and team leads quickly identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities without manually reviewing hundreds of tickets.
WHERE IT RUNS
The script runs on every website and web application you visit. It works with any page containing multiple tickets—support dashboards (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk), ticket list views, feedback collections, queue pages, and more. It works regardless of framework—React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or plain HTML—and extracts content from the page as rendered in the browser.
HOW TO USE
Upon installation, a floating panel appears with the tool interface. Select the multi-ticket content on the page (or navigate to a ticket dashboard or list view), choose your preferred focus area (Trends, Issues, or Actions), and click "Scan & Identify Patterns." The tool extracts the content and sends it to the AI bridge. Within seconds, the AI returns a pattern summary with common themes, frequency patterns, and recommendations. The panel shows the source content preview and the generated summary. Click "Copy Summary" to copy the pattern summary to your clipboard, or "Copy Source" to copy the original text. Review the summary to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
TECHNICAL MECHANISM: INTELLIGENT MULTI-TICKET EXTRACTION WITH AI PATTERN ANALYSIS
This tool uses a multi-layer approach to extract multi-ticket content. It first checks for user-selected text, then looks for common ticket containers (ticket-list, tickets, dashboard, queue, issues), then scans rows, cards, and entries in lists. The extracted text is cleaned and formatted for the AI. The tool attempts WebMCP (navigator.modelContext) first if available—a W3C proposal for structured tool calls—falling back to the AI backend via GM_xmlhttpRequest. The AI is prompted to return a pattern summary covering common themes, frequency patterns, and process improvements in the selected focus area. The summary is returned as plain text with no preamble, ready for review.
THE PANEL
The panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per website using GM_setValue. It automatically snaps to the nearest screen edge when released for a clean workspace. Click the collapse button to minimize it to a small floating bubble that takes minimal space. Click the bubble to expand the panel back. The panel can be resized by dragging any edge or corner. Press the Escape key to close the panel temporarily, and click the extension icon to reopen it.
PLEASE NOTE
This script requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. Each pattern summary generation counts against your monthly AI usage cap. AI-generated summaries should be reviewed before use—the AI may occasionally misidentify patterns or miss important correlations. As websites frequently update their structure, scripts may need occasional updates to maintain content extraction accuracy. All data processing happens locally except for the AI request—only the extracted multi-ticket content is sent to the AI backend. No browsing history or personal information is transmitted or stored. This tool is designed for support operations analysis and is not an autonomous agent that acts without review.
