About this app

WHAT IT DOES

Support Callback Request Drafter is a customer support tool that analyzes support tickets, issue descriptions, and help request details from any webpage, then drafts a professional, clear email requesting a callback from support. It identifies the ticket number, issue summary, and any relevant context, then generates a well-structured email that requests a callback, briefly describes the issue or reason for the call, provides a preferred phone number and availability times, and expresses appreciation for the support team's assistance. You can review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client or support portal.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying support tickets, issue descriptions, help request details, or similar customer support content. Common sources include Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, Help Scout, and other customer support platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a support ticket, issue description, or help request details. Open the BotGentz extension and select Support Callback Request Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the ticket number (if known), a brief issue summary, and your availability times. Click the "Draft Callback Request" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant ticket details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, clear callback request email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — TICKET AND ISSUE DETAIL EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on customer support ticket communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing ticket and callback indicators such as "ticket," "case," "issue," "request," "callback," "call," "phone," "contact," and "support." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the ticket data and surrounding structural markers (ticket numbers, status labels, issue descriptions, conversation threads). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a support ticket context using features like ticket language frequency ("ticket #," "case ID," "request number"), status markers, and issue description patterns. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the ticket number or reference, the issue description, and any relevant support context. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, phone number, ticket number, issue summary, availability times), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete callback request with standardized sections (request for callback, issue description, phone number and availability, appreciation, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active subscription to access the AI drafting feature. AI-generated callback requests are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss ticket details or misread issue descriptions. Websites change their support page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email, phone number) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
