About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Support Case Priority Justification Drafter is a customer support tool that analyzes support tickets, issue descriptions, and impact details from any webpage, then drafts a clear, persuasive justification for assigning a specific priority level (P1-P4) to a support case. It identifies the issue severity, affected users, business impact, and urgency, then generates a well-structured justification that recommends a priority level, explains the business or user impact, outlines the urgency and severity, and provides supporting reasons for the classification. You can choose between a concise or detailed style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your support platform or ticket escalation process.
WHERE IT RUNS
This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying support tickets, issue descriptions, impact details, or similar customer support content. Common sources include Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira Service Management, and other customer support platforms.
HOW TO USE
Navigate to any page that displays a support ticket, issue description, or impact details. Open the BotGentz extension and select Support Case Priority Justification Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Select the priority level (P1-Critical, P2-High, P3-Medium, or P4-Low) from the dropdown menu. Optionally, enter any impact details. Select your preferred style (concise or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Justification" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant ticket and impact details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a clear, persuasive priority justification in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your support platform.
TECHNICAL SECTION — TICKET IMPACT AND URGENCY EXTRACTION
This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on support ticket and priority communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing priority indicators such as "priority," "urgent," "critical," "severity," "impact," "business," "user," "escalation," "P1," "P2," "P3," "P4," "blocker," and "downtime." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the ticket data and surrounding structural markers (status labels, affected user counts, business impact descriptions). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a priority context using features like urgency language frequency ("critical," "urgent," "severe," "high," "low"), impact markers, and severity patterns. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into four core categories: the issue severity, the business or user impact, the urgency and timeline, and any escalation context. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, priority level, impact details, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete priority justification with standardized sections (recommended priority, impact explanation, urgency and severity outline, supporting reasons, and professional closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.
THE PANEL
The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
PLEASE NOTE
This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active subscription to access the AI drafting feature. AI-generated priority justifications are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before use, as interpretations may occasionally miss impact details or misread severity. Websites change their support page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
