This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying satisfaction surveys, feedback forms, support interaction summaries, or similar customer support content. Common sources include Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, Help Scout, and other customer support platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a satisfaction survey, feedback form, or support interaction summary. Open the BotGentz extension and select Support Satisfaction Survey Reply Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Optionally, enter your honest feedback and any suggested improvements. Select your preferred style (brief or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant survey or interaction details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a polite, thoughtful survey reply in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client or feedback form.

TECHNICAL SECTION — SURVEY AND INTERACTION DETAIL EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on customer satisfaction survey and support interaction communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing survey and feedback indicators such as "survey," "satisfaction," "feedback," "rating," "experience," "support," "helpful," "improvement," and "comment." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the survey data and surrounding structural markers (rating scales, question texts, support interaction summaries). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a survey or feedback context using features like survey language frequency ("how satisfied," "rate your experience," "feedback about"), rating patterns, and support interaction markers. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the support interaction details, the survey questions or prompts, and any visible response options. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, feedback, improvements, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete survey reply with standardized sections (appreciation for the support, honest feedback on the experience, specific improvement suggestions if applicable, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated survey replies are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss support interaction nuances or misread survey questions. Websites change their survey page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
