About this app

WHAT IT DOES

This tool reads support tickets or issues from any webpage—customer descriptions, ticket details, feedback forms, or selected text—and uses AI to suggest an appropriate priority level. It extracts the ticket content, analyzes urgency and business impact, and returns a suggested priority from P0 (Critical) to P3 (Low) with a brief justification. The priority levels follow industry standards: P0 for service outages or data loss, P1 for major feature breaks, P2 for minor issues with workarounds, and P3 for cosmetic or enhancement requests. The suggestion appears in the panel where you can review and apply it to your ticket. This tool helps support teams prioritize tickets consistently, reduce response times for critical issues, and ensure the right problems get the right attention.

WHERE IT RUNS

The script runs on every website and web application you visit. It works with any page containing support tickets—ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk), customer feedback forms, complaint pages, email interfaces, and more. It works regardless of framework—React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or plain HTML—and extracts content from the page as rendered in the browser.

HOW TO USE

Upon installation, a floating panel appears with the tool interface. Select the ticket text on the page (or navigate to a page containing the ticket), and click "Scan & Suggest Priority." The tool extracts the ticket content and sends it to the AI bridge. Within seconds, the AI returns a suggested priority level with a one-sentence justification. The panel shows the source content preview and the suggested priority with a color-coded badge (red for P0, yellow for P1, blue for P2, gray for P3). Click "Copy Priority" to copy the suggestion to your clipboard, or "Copy Ticket" to copy the original text. Review the suggestion and apply it to your ticket.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM: INTELLIGENT TICKET EXTRACTION WITH AI PRIORITY CLASSIFICATION

This tool uses a multi-layer approach to extract ticket content. It first checks for user-selected text, then looks for common ticket containers (ticket, issue, complaint, feedback, support), then scans main content areas. The extracted text is cleaned and formatted for the AI. The tool attempts WebMCP (navigator.modelContext) first if available—a W3C proposal for structured tool calls—falling back to the AI backend via GM_xmlhttpRequest. The AI is prompted to classify the ticket as P0, P1, P2, or P3 with a brief justification based on urgency and impact. The result is returned as plain text, parsed, and displayed with a color-coded badge.

THE PANEL

The panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per website using GM_setValue. It automatically snaps to the nearest screen edge when released for a clean workspace. Click the collapse button to minimize it to a small floating bubble that takes minimal space. Click the bubble to expand the panel back. The panel can be resized by dragging any edge or corner. Press the Escape key to close the panel temporarily, and click the extension icon to reopen it.

PLEASE NOTE

This script requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. Each priority suggestion counts against your monthly AI usage cap. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before use—the AI may occasionally misclassify tickets or provide inappropriate justifications. As websites frequently update their structure, scripts may need occasional updates to maintain content extraction accuracy. All data processing happens locally except for the AI request—only the extracted ticket content is sent to the AI backend. No browsing history or personal information is transmitted or stored. This tool is designed for customer support assistance and is not an autonomous agent that acts without review.
