About this app

WHAT IT DOES

Recruiter Reply Drafter reads the current LinkedIn recruiter inbox thread—including the candidate's name, profile headline, current role, company, and the recruiter's original outreach message—then generates a professionally drafted reply tailored to the opportunity. You can review, edit, and send the draft manually. The tool analyzes the recruiter's message content and the candidate's background to produce contextually appropriate responses that acknowledge the opportunity while reflecting the candidate's experience and interests.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool works on LinkedIn recruiter inbox pages, including individual recruiter message threads, InMail conversations, and recruiter outreach messages. It detects LinkedIn's recruiter message interface automatically and extracts the relevant candidate and recruiter information. It runs exclusively on LinkedIn domains, as designated in the script's match patterns.

HOW TO USE

After installing the BotGentz extension and subscribing, navigate to any LinkedIn recruiter message thread. Click the Recruiter Reply Drafter icon in your browser toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut (Alt+R). The panel will open and display the recruiter message context. Click "Refresh Context" to load the candidate information and recruiter outreach. Choose your preferred tone (Professional, Enthusiastic, or Concise), desired length (Short, Medium, or Detailed), and signature preference. Click "Generate Draft" to produce a reply. The draft appears in the panel where you can review, edit further, and then copy to your clipboard with the "Copy Draft" button. Paste the message into LinkedIn's message field and send it manually.

TECHNICAL SECTION — RECRUITER OUTREACH CONTEXTUALIZATION

Unlike generic message templates or basic auto-reply tools, this drafter uses a recruiter outreach contextualization engine. It first extracts the complete recruiter message thread structure, identifying the candidate's professional identity and background from LinkedIn's recruiter-specific DOM elements. The engine then builds a comprehensive candidate profile summary that includes headline, current role, and company information. The AI receives this structured context along with the recruiter's original outreach message and your selected tone, length, and signature preferences. The system prompt instructs the AI to generate replies that demonstrate appropriate interest in the opportunity, reference the recruiter's specific message content, acknowledge the candidate's background, and maintain professional recruiter-candidate communication standards. This produces replies that sound genuinely responsive to the specific opportunity rather than generic form letters. The AI is capped at 1,024 tokens to ensure focused, concise outputs that are easy to review.

THE PANEL

The panel is draggable anywhere on the screen and remembers its position per site. It can snap to the left, right, top, or bottom edges, or float freely. Collapse it to a small status indicator when you need more page visibility, and expand it again with a single click. Resize it vertically or horizontally to show more of the context or draft areas. Press Escape to close the panel instantly. All settings (tone, length, signature) are saved per site and persist across sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active monthly subscription to function. AI-generated draft replies are for informational and convenience purposes only and should be reviewed and edited by you before sending any message. You remain fully responsible for all communications sent through LinkedIn. LinkedIn changes its page layouts frequently; scripts may need updates, and we work to keep them current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Message context data is extracted from the page and sent to the AI service solely for generating your draft; it is not stored on our servers. No messages are sent automatically—you maintain full control over every message you send.
