Job Fair Follow-Up Drafter reads the current page's job fair details—including company name, recruiter name, position discussed, and event date—and your notes on the conversation, then generates a professional follow-up email draft that you can review, edit, and send to the recruiter. The tool helps you maintain connections made at job fairs and increases your chances of advancing in the hiring process.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool works on any webpage that displays job fair details, including job fair portals, event pages, company career sites, and email clients. It automatically extracts relevant information from page content or accepts manual input. The script runs on all websites as designated in its match patterns.

HOW TO USE

After installing the BotGentz extension and subscribing, navigate to any page showing job fair or recruiter information. Click the Job Fair Follow-Up Drafter icon in your browser toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut (Alt+J). The panel will open. Click "Extract from Page" to automatically capture the company name, recruiter name, position discussed, and event date from the current page—or enter the information manually. Add your conversation notes to help personalize the follow-up. Choose your preferred tone (Professional, Warm, or Enthusiastic), and toggle whether to include conversation highlights, expression of interest, and next steps. Click "Draft Follow-Up" to generate a professional follow-up email. The draft appears in the panel where you can review, edit further, and then copy to your clipboard with the "Copy Draft" button. Paste the email into your email client and send it.

TECHNICAL SECTION — JOB FAIR FOLLOW-UP PERSONALIZATION ENGINE

Unlike generic follow-up templates, this tool uses a job fair follow-up personalization engine. It extracts or collects key details including the company, recruiter name, position discussed, event date, and your conversation notes. The AI analyzes this information and generates a follow-up email that references specific conversation points, demonstrates your interest and engagement, and maintains a professional tone appropriate for post-job-fair communication. The system prompt instructs the AI to craft emails that are personalized, respectful, and effective at keeping you top-of-mind with recruiters. This approach produces follow-ups that stand out and help build lasting professional relationships.

THE PANEL

The panel is draggable anywhere on the screen and remembers its position per site. It can snap to the left, right, top, or bottom edges, or float freely. Collapse it to a small status indicator when you need more page visibility, and expand it again with a single click. Resize it vertically or horizontally to show more of the job fair details or draft. Press Escape to close the panel instantly. All settings (tone, include highlights, include interest, include next steps, signature) are saved globally and persist across sessions.
